Well, Cisco's website is quite dry, but it's got a few technotes and whitepapers. I would recommend: Managing an IP Network with Cisco Routers, O'Reilly (http://www.ora.com) as a start, followed by Introduction to Cisco Router Configuration Advanced Cisco Router Configuration OSPF Network Design Solutions Internet Routing Architectures (note: this one's about BGP) all available through Cisco Press (http://www.ciscopress.com).
