I use gnu-pop3d with a patch I wrote. It uses one UID. It authenticates with separate password files for each domain. Sorry I don't use any quotas -- but you may be able to do this with Exim. I use Exim with my setup and I have separate alias files for each domain. Also, I do not know ldap.
