Kaspersky / exim4

Hi Guys

I am trying to run exim4 with exiscan and kaspersky antivirus, however
when I enable the check_content acl I get the following error:

malware acl condition: kavdaemon reported 'scanning not completed' (code
1).

Any ideas ?
