Salve a tutti, è il mio primo messaggio nella lista italiana.
Anche io sono incappato nello stesso problema, su due macchine differenti,
entrambe con Testing (Wheezy).
Il responsabile è il pacchetto xserver-xorg-input-synaptic, infatti come
potete leggere nel changelog [1]:
* New upstream release candidate (1.6 RC1):
- Add support for ClickPads.
** Multitouch isn't enabled yet (it would require a newer server anyway).*
Io ho "risolto" prendendo la versione 1.5.0-2 da Debian Snapshot [2] e
bloccando il pacchetto. Non so quanto potrà durare questa soluzione...nel
frattempo però il problema è già stato segnalato [3] e va anche considerato
che questa versione di xserver-xorg-input-synaptic è solo una beta della
futura versione 1.6, per la quale incrociamo tutti le dita.
Nel bug report ci sono anche altri suggerimenti per rendere "quasi" usabile
la 1.5.99, quali dei parametri da inserire nello xorg.conf, ma non ho
provato personalmente.
