� ti installi woody cos� come viene
� installi kernel-packege e kernel-source-2.4.18
� vai in /usr/src a compilarti il kernel, usando make-kpkg:
# cd /usr/src
# tar jvxf kernel-source-2.4.18.tar.bz2
# cd kernel-source-2.4.18
# make menuconfig
# make-kpkg clean
# make-kpkg kernel-image --revision=foobar.1.00 \
--append-to-version=foobar.1.00
# cd ..
# dpkg --install kernel-image[TAB]
e poi ti configuri grub per avviarti il nuovo kernel
