Potete aiutarmi ad ottimizzare il config per piacere?ho provato a fare un dpkg-reconfigure xfree86 ma m'� preso un colpo quando m'ha chiesto il bus :-(


Quale bus? Non mi pare...

dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86

"so usare" anche xf86cfg ma dalla seconda install di bebian quando l'ho provato mi sono incasinato ulterirmente la situazione....lo so' sono una frana perdonatemi :(



Quello puoi lasciarlo stare...

PS. in particolare questo messaggio � rivolto ai possessori della mia scheda essendoci modo di farla funzionare in modo + che decente sensa scaricare driver aggiuntivi



Conviene che tu precisi quale versione della distro usi.

Io con Sarge non ho avuto problemi n� con i driver scaricati dal sito della matrox
n� con quelli disponibili con xfree.
