� corretta quella da te indicata, ma secondo me � meglio (� pi� completa) questa (scrivo in maiuscolo pi� simbolo sottolineatura le parti da sostituire ... con una piccola legenda in fondo):

_ANNOx_ indica l'anno in cui si sono effettuate delle modifiche (creazione compresa) al sorgente ... ogni volta che si effettuano modifiche aggiungere l'anno se gi� non c'�
_MYPROGRAM_ indica il nome che si � dato al programma ed identifica in modo univoco che questo sorgente appartiene ad un gruppo di sorgenti
