Sembra che non riconosca come Trusted la CA che ha firmato il certificato.. Devi solo aggiungere alla lista delle "TrustedAuthority" la CA che ti ha firmato la richiesta. In altre parole, devi scaricare e installare come Trusted il certificato della CA..
