Potrebbe essersi incasinata, qualche estensione, una tipica è Flashgot,
prova a partire con un altro profilo.
Devi scusarmi, ma stavo pensando a firefox (/usr/bin/firefox -p)
Io proverei anche se un po' rompente a fare così.
Spostare il mio profilo.
Lanciare thunderbird come se fosse la prima volta e vedere se parte.
Se parte al 99% è una estensione. Comunque ti crei i tuoi account e poi
stando attento ai permessi sposti il contenuto del tuo profilo della
cartella mail nelle varie cartelle di posta (inviata, arrivata, etc etc)
Se non vedi i messaggi, fai attenzione a dove punta l'account nel disco.
Chiudi e ristarta.
Se così non funge puoi provare anche a reinstallarlo per poi riprenderti
di nuovo la tua posta come sopra.
