Io l'ho risolto così: http://www.archivesat.com/Debian_users_support/thread799168.htm ovvero: ho installato il pacchetto "debian-keyring"; ho eseguito: gpg --keyring /usr/share/keyrings/debian-keyring.gpg -a --export 07DC563D1F41B907 |apt-key add - Tutto su una sola riga(!).
