Ho provato a metterle sia in /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider che in /etc/ppp/options (inserendo anche call dsl-provider). Nel primo caso la connessione non parte nonstante l'opzione demand e non si disconnette nonstante l'opzione idle (ho provato con 60 secondi...). Nel secondo caso invece lanciando pppd (invece che il classico pon) si collega subito (nonostante l'opzione demand) correttamente ma poi non si disconnette.
