Ho provato a cambiare cavi, switch, schede di rete.
Dopo un po' che da client pingo tipo il dns 212.216.112.112 mi salta i
pacchetti.
Se butto giu' la eth1 sul server, la connessione funziona correttamente.

non ho capito bene: te hai un router con cui ti colleghi, poi hai un
server con due schede di rete e poi la tua rete locale giusto??
se è cosi perchè hai impostato questo ip
82.106.9.62
su eth0?
Io avrei fatto cosi:
router 192.168.0.1 ---->
eth0 (192.168.0.2) <----server----> (192.168.1.1) eth1 ---> LAN
Cioè quello che non mi torna è perchè hai dato il solito ip del modem
alla eth0 del server?
