I've never thought of English version of the page, but it would be helpful to provide English version for users studying Japanese with slink-jp (like you :)) as well. If you're willing to do it, it's very nice. Since Debian JP webpages can use content-negotiation as well as Debian webpages, we can put English/Japanese version of the page side by side.
