I bought a new hard drive yesterday, and I am due for a clean reinstall of both linux and winXP. I am thinking of installing debian from the netinst 3.0 image.
With this in mind, could any of you tell me what tasks/packages I should select that should theoretically get printing working (the standard debian way, not the old vflib way)? If we can get a way to setup printing from a clean install, it should be easier after that to fix other printing problems I think.
