I can read your mail encoded with ISO-2022-JP and quoted-printable.

However, some Japanese mailers (e.g. web mailer on goo.ne.jp)
don't support quoted-printable.

`Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit' is a safe way for the
ISO-2022-JP mail.
