Hi, You are noted as the last translator of one of the translations for Debian's beloved package-manager apt and it's associated files.
Many of these strings are included in the associated library and you and our users will therefore encounter them even without ever having used (or heard of) apt-get, and instead see them for example in aptitude, synaptics or even software-center. The English template has been changed, and now some messages are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing. This would be Kenshi Muto for apt-all.pot: ja 559 30 24 2010-08-25 And KURASAWA Nozomu for apt-doc.pot: ja 562 94 147 2010-09-07 The later as a translated per manpage statistic: apt-get.ja.8.xml: 54 of 68 strings; 79.41% translated apt-cache.ja.8.xml: 49 of 65 strings; 75.38% translated apt-key.ja.8.xml: 23 of 27 strings; 85.18% translated apt-mark.ja.8.xml: 11 of 19 strings; 57.89% translated apt-secure.ja.8.xml: 27 of 31 strings; 87.09% translated apt-config.ja.8.xml: 15 of 19 strings; 78.94% translated apt.conf.ja.5.xml: 95 of 153 strings; 62.09% translated apt_preferences.ja.5.xml: 108 of 128 strings; 84.37% translated sources.list.ja.5.xml: 31 of 50 strings; 62% translated apt-extracttemplates.ja.1.xml: 11 of 13 strings; 84.61% translated apt-sortpkgs.ja.1.xml: 11 of 12 strings; 91.66% translated apt-ftparchive.ja.1.xml: 92 of 105 strings; 87.61% translated I would be grateful if you could take the time and update it. Given the size of these translations we happily accept also partial updates of course. You can find your po for the program translation here: ja.po: http://anonscm.debian.org/loggerhead/apt/debian-sid/files/head:/po/ or for the manpage here: ja.po: http://anonscm.debian.org/loggerhead/apt/debian-sid/files/head:/doc/po/ If you prefer I can sent these files directly to you of course, I am just trying to avoid that this mail is eaten by some sort of protection layer because of it's (then relatively enormous) size. Please send the updated file to me, or submit it as a wishlist bug against apt. If you have any questions feel free to drop me line. There is no direct deadline, as I am thanks to some personal issues pretty late to the party and therefore take responsibility for talking the release team into freeze exceptions for translation updates if needed. Thanks for your work and best regards, David Kalnischkies -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
