Does anyone know of a free Java GUI builder that uses XML to specify what widgets go where?
I'm looking for a tool that either generates java code to be compiled, or dynamically creates the GUI at runtime. I'm sure there is at least one such non-free tool, but I haven't found a free one. John Leuner
