List, ~ I am still unable to build Eclipse 3.x from source. As one of the guys who is volunteering to take over the work on the Eclipse packages, I find Eclipse Bug #57897[0] a bit unsettling. This is something that I know at least Arnaud has run into, since he shows up on the bug history. ~ I suppose a first question for the Eclipse 3 effort might be "Has anyone gotten it to build successfully yet?" By successfully, I mean building fully, with the Javadoc, etc. working without having to mark up the Ant build script. ~ I was having problems back in June with Eclipse 3.0 RC3 that were very similar[1]. I am surprised it's been going on this long.
