I did manage to get it working in the end, I think it was in
libstdc++-glibc2.2 . I also had some other problems with things like
deploytool and the installer (well anything swing based) not working
correctly which I managed to do a botch some how to get working by using
the J2SE (AMD64) VM to run them instead of the J2EE VM with was when I
installed it i386 only.
