Please remove the collections15 package (binary package libcollections15-java), this API was a fork of the Apache Commons Collections API with generics and is now obsolete with the availability of Apache Commons Collections 4 providing proper generic collections (packaged as libcommons-collections4-java). This package was used by geogebra but a recent update removed the dependency, so the package is no longer used and unlikely to be useful anymore.
