I updated the libjibx1.1-java package to work with Java 8 and I'm
looking for a sponsor to upload it.
Here is the changelog:

* Enabled the debug symbols in the compiled classes

- Standards-Version updated to 3.9.5 (no changes)
- Removed the DM-upload-allowed field

- Removed the recommended browser dependencies on the documentation
