It appears that the implementation of javadoc in gcj-4.9-jdk (gjdoc)
can't handle the -notimestamp option, which seems it is going to make
reproducible builds of -doc packages difficult.

My first instinct is to depend on openjdk and thus exclude the gcj-only
architectures.

Thoughts, strong opinions, or better ideas?
