There are lots of other FLOSS consulting companies/individuals, some of them appear on the Debian consultants page, or on the pages linked to from the FOSSjobs resources page in the Freelancing section or on the FOSSjobs resources page itself in the Employers section. Most of them are focused on some small niche, and most of them work on upstream projects like Linux, browsers or samba. There are relatively few that do Debian packaging though AFAIK.
