Hello Markus, IIRC current version in debian is 1.4+r1.3. And upstream hasn't release a version for years. So I built an orig tar from the latest commit at the time I created it in June. From the upstream repo on GitHub.com/validator/htmlparser iirc. Hence the version number I set.
