Yes it is, although in "maintenance" mode right now, ensuring that Debian Jr. packages enter Sarge in a good state of health. Recently Andreas Tille kindly provided a conversion of Debian Jr. packages to use the cdd-dev package provided by debian-custom. The next step for the project is to move forward on getting these accepted into main. Along with providing a common infrastructure intended to be shared by all CDD projects, additional features are possible when using cdd-dev that are not supported in the current release, most notably a menu of all Junior programs for each user in the junior group.
