Frederic Peters <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote quite a story, I'm not going to quote!

Firste of all: Very nice initiative, Freddy!
As you're from Belgium and your name suggests you're Flemmish, try this link
where you'll find a PDF document from the Dutch ministry of education.
This study is less than one year old and indicates an average of one computer
per 17 students (and that appears to be about the European average!).

I went through both documents briefly (just for the purpose to answer your
request) but they look pretty interesting (trends, types user (386/486/586 etc)
and all that stuff.

I hope this is what you're looking for.
Keep up the good work! I am very enthousiastic about the Junior Debian Project
myself (I'm teaching my kids Debian, of course). Don't hesitate to contact me
if there's anything I can do for you.

Best regards//Richard
