Hm? Where were you looking? See: http://bugs.debian.org/274026 It was very recently orphaned, so if you were looking at an index that was last generated a week or more ago, you might not have seen it yet. For an up-to-date view of the wnpp: http://bugs.debian.org/wnpp The orphaned package announcement I quoted was from the regular WNPP posting to debian-devel-announce.
