I discussed this further with Marcela on irc and concluded that it is now time to make this happen. Therefore I have asked her to request the creation of the Debian Jr. project on Alioth. So long as Jr. only consisted of members of the CDD group, it made sense to make it a subproject of that project on Alioth. But now that we have "outside" help, there are contributors like Marcela who need to be members of the Jr. Alioth project, but not necessarily the CDD project. After this project is created, I will see to the migration of our files between the CDD project and the new Jr. project.
