The problem is caused by bug #694896 which is actually solved but the
blends-dev package needs to be accepted by release team first before
I'll recreate Debian Jr. packages. I'm waiting for unblocking of
#693700 before I will recreate any metapackages (including Debian Jr.
packages.)
