on my systems normally I can see K-Tips on startup. This works fine on loggin in to a KDE-Session, at start K-Tips appear. But normally I can see K-Tips on starting a konsole-window within KDE. This works also in KDE 3.2.2. Since 3.3.1 with starting a konsole no K-Tip appears. Why?
