After that I do not mind to use apt-get and > gradually getting the remaining debs at the pace I like... first off ignore all the conflicts like what you see above...your getting ahead of yourself by worrying about them. secondy, look at the task-kde package...pick the packages you want to install, and install them. start off with "kdelibs3, libarts, libkmid, kdebase-libs, libqt2, libmng1", everything beyond that is up to you.
