KDE Source in iso's?

Could someone please tell me if the iso's on ftp://kde.tdyc.com contain 
full source code as well as binaries? If they do, it would be 
worthwhile to dl and burn to cd as a reference. If not, apt-get is fine 
for updates. TIA.
