Yes, follow the same instructions for imwheel but do not load it. I don't know if you need X4 though. Actually KDE2 mouse wheel support somehow conflicts with imwheel. They can run at the same time but then you can only scroll per full page in KDE2 apps. Without imwheel apps like netscape and acroread4 have no wheel support in an easy way.
