there is not task-anti-aliasing anymore..it's just anti-aliasing-howto as that's mostly what it is. as for the tasks... there is a task-kde, task-kde-devel, task-kde-extras, task-kde-games. they may not be in testing and I've heard they are not. These tasks depend on a lot of packages and in order to get into testing each and every one of those packages must conform to the guidelines for entrance into testing.
