Ivan, I believe there is a problem with the klisa 2.2.1-7 package (as included in the Debian woody distribution). The package installs a /etc/kde2/lisarc but not a /etc/kde2/kio_lanrc. I've forwarded this to Alex too, because I think these files should be generated when root configures klisa via kcontrol (currently it only installs in roots .kde directory and doesn't help any of the users).
