Ok, I understand why MP3 support isn't in the standard packages for the audiocd IO Slave, but the Control Center still has a config panel for MP3 encoding.
Personally, I'd REALLY like this MP3 support (and it was one of the things that first inspired me when I heard about KDE 2.2). Is this functionality available as a separate package, be it official or unofficial? Or is there a way to enable it for the standard packages? -- .
