did you have X 3.3.x installed on your system before you installed
4.1.0?
with /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA you are trying to start the 3.3.x SVGA
server and _not_ the version 4 server. it would be started with
/usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86. try running XFree86 -version to see which
version you got.
