Hi, take a look at http://bugs.kde.org/db/32/32919-b.html ! Changing LC_ALL to LC_ALL="de_DE.ISO8859-15" (NOT LC_ALL="de_DE.ISO-8859-15 " !!!) solved the problem for me.
