I finally got flash working on the Telepolis pages (www.heise.de/tp). It's as easy as that: Go to Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> User Agent. Now, you add a 'Site/Domain specific identification' for '.heise.de' and choose 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/2000101' as Browser identification. Now reload the page and it works. Good luck!
