And somewhere -- I do not even remember where -- I found the following: In the Makefile.am in the directory where your C++-Code lies, put the line: KDE_CXXFLAGS = $(USE_EXCEPTIONS) somewhere AFTER the line: ####### kdevelop will overwrite this part!!! (end)############ Regenerate Makefile.in and Makefile and compile. This should allow you to use exceptions.
