I'm using it on 1024x768 and half of it is offscreen. Either it is a fixed location, or - at least it looks like it - it is opened in the bottom left corner (always!?!) and then resizes to a greater size. Here, the decorations are mostly on-screen, though. So, not that bad here but annoying when you have to open it often. That's why I apreciate the dropdown buttons in 2.2.2. One drawback is that those buttons only change the values temporarily and new windows to do not get those values from its parent (e.g. when opening a link in a new window).
