KDE 3.0 is finished, I'd imagine it's being made available to packagers now. So it just needs packaging for Debian. > OK, thanks. (To cut down on about 5 > seconds login time.) Yeah, I have this problem as well. My solutions was to just disable /tmp from being cleared on bootup. In 3.1, hopefully kbuildsycoca will keep its stuff in /var/tmp instead. I suppose you could 'mkdir /tmp/.ICE-unix && chown root.root /tmp/.ICE-unix' no problem. - -- Cheers, Chris Howells -- [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web: http://chrishowells.co.uk, PGP key: http://chrishowells.co.uk/pgp.txt KDE: http://www.koffice.org, http://edu.kde.org, http://usability.kde.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8oGGKF8Iu1zN5WiwRAuc3AKCKXardl5nTYPhCxkrEZ2wuf44DRwCfSBkX gnhEkpGzf17LeY6tprRdxMg= =NQRE -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
