There is a debian-kde faq being maintained at http://www.davidpashley.com/debian-kde The latest information about the packages and availability of other kde debs can be found there. For keramik, I think you can add deb http://www.inetontario.com/~tcharron/keramik/ ./ to your sources.list and do apt-get update && apt-get install keramik-trans, but I haven't tested the packages myself.
