I've just switched from fvwm/rxvt to KDE - and I too have difficulties in making the font I've used previously work in konsole. The font in question is 'nexus', in the package 'xfonts-nexus'. You may want to pay attention to the KDE list and see if somebody answers me, my post is found at http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde&m=103157149015820&w=2 .
