It works here (Acroread 5.1) but nspluginviewer has lots of problems in 3.0.4: often the icon bars of acroread are rearranged or it opens in a seperate window that is sometimes bigger than my screen,... hard to use. Oh, did I mention that mozilla does not have those problems? You need to keep the file structure of the acroread packages and a command "acroread" must be an executable (link) in a directory in $PATH.
