There used to be a packages called kmozilla which provided this functionality. It seems to have been dropped from Debian, but you may be able to find an old copy of it somewhere. (archives.debian.org or snapshot.debian.org or archive.progeny.com or whatever they are called). OTOH, it was probably dropped for a reason.
