Ferdinand, I don't have a solution, but I am seeing the same thing on SID and Karolina's 3.1rc5:
daemon.log: kdm[nnn]: Display :0 is being disabled (restarting too fast) daemon.log: kdm[mmm]: Greeter exited unexpectedly daemon.log kdm[mmm]: Abnormal helper termination, code 0, signal 11 I believe it happened after last evenings sid upgrades. I too would like a solution.
