Hi, sorry but I can't tell. I've upgraded from KDE 3.0.4 on a mixed Woody/Sid system with little flaws, i.e. some package dependencies had to be resolved by hand. I'm quite sure this could have been simplified had I properly configured apt (pinning etc.). I'd just give it a try, but would wait until there's a new kdebase deb that includes libtaskbar.so, as the taskbar won't work with the current packages.
