You can get the final deb from my repository. It's binary indep so you can install it on any architecture. Building a single language pack is a nightmare compared to build the whole packages in one go because you have to change a thousand things and you need to mix that into the single sourcepackage available from KDE on ftp or build your own sourcepackage from CVS.
