Not consciously ;-) I have just changed the deb line in /etc/apt/sources.list from deb http://download.uk.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.0.5a/Debian/woody ./ to deb ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.1/Debian stable main and did a dist-upgrade. For a colleague here this worked fine. The only thing I remember to have compiled myself is the keramik style, which I downloaded from http://www.kde-look.org/. But I did a make clean for that...
